Direct integrations with POS printers (thermal 80mm or laser dot matrix), barcode scanners, weighing scales, and standard cash drawers are supported out of the box.

The software billing engine compiles checkout invoices in under 15 seconds. For cloud databases, search query latencies for generic medicine composition or catalog searches are sub-100ms. Offline hybrid modules support zero-delay local caching so billing never slows down during connection losses.

All databases utilize encrypted password tables. Cloud connections run over secure SSL protocols. Branches role permissions prevent cashiers from viewing purchase cost ledgers, editing finalized invoice entries, or executing unauthorized cash balance refunds without administrator passcodes.

MrSolution v2018 integrates natively with major digital wallet systems in Nepal, enabling cashiers to display dynamic checkout QR codes for eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay directly on secondary customer monitors. Bulk SMS notifications for credit limit reminders and biometrics in/out cards are routed via Nepal telecom SMS gateways.
