Refund terms for licenses, AMC, and add-on modules.
We want every MrSolution customer to be confident before buying — that is why we offer a free personalized demo before purchase. This policy explains when fees already paid can be refunded.
Every purchase starts with a free demo tailored to your business. This lets you verify fit before paying, and is the main protection against mismatched expectations.
Because a software license is delivered immediately and remains usable, license fees are non-refundable once activation codes or installation has been provided, except where required by Nepali law.
If we have not yet delivered the license or performed installation, you may cancel for a full refund minus any work already performed at your request (for example, on-site training already conducted).
AMC and subscription services (including Subhu Cloud Backup) can be cancelled before the start of a billing period; the upcoming period will then not be charged.
Already-running periods are non-refundable pro-rata, since backup storage and support capacity are reserved for the full term.
If the software cannot be installed and used on your qualifying system despite reasonable support efforts, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first attempt correction or replacement; if that fails, we will refund the license fee.
Payments made twice, or amounts paid in error, are refunded in full to the original account within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
