These terms govern your use of mrsolution.com.np and summarize how MrSolution v2018 licenses work. A signed license agreement or invoice issued by M AND R SOLUTION prevails over this summary wherever the two differ.
The content on this website — product descriptions, pricing indications, articles, and downloads — is provided for information about M AND R SOLUTION products and services.
You may not misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or present its content as your own product.
Prices displayed on this website are indicative, in Nepalese Rupees, and exclude government taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
A binding price is the one stated in the quotation, invoice, or license agreement issued to you. Prices may change without notice; changes never affect an already-paid license term.
MrSolution v2018 is licensed, not sold. A license grants the named customer the right to use the software on the deployment and user scope stated in the invoice.
Each license includes the support and update terms described at purchase (for example, on-site initial training, telephone support, or an Annual Maintenance Contract).
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent Nepali law permits such acts and they cannot be waived.
Your accounting, inventory, and billing records created in the software belong to you.
Optional services such as Subhu Cloud Backup process copies of your data only to provide the backup and restoration service you subscribed to.
Support channels and response targets depend on your plan (email/WhatsApp support on Starter; priority telephone support and on-site training on Professional; dedicated account management on Enterprise).
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals cover updates and standard support for the following year.
To the extent permitted by law, M AND R SOLUTION is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the software. Total liability under any license is limited to the license fee paid for the current term.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nepali law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
